ABOUT HOSTING
Your site needs somewhere to live, usually $0 to $20 a month. We will set it up in your name and hand you the login, or deploy to hosting you already have. You pay the provider directly, never us.
ABOUT SEO
We build the foundations: clean structure, page titles, descriptions and fast loading. We do not run ongoing SEO campaigns and we do not promise rankings. Anyone who does is guessing.
NO MONTHLY FEES
Nothing to maintain.
Nothing to break.
These sites are static front ends. No content management system, no plugins, no database, no admin login. There is nothing to patch, nothing to get hacked, and no plugin conflict at eleven at night.
That is why there is no maintenance plan and no monthly fee. Not because it has been left out, but because it is not needed. A WordPress site at half the price will cost you more within two years.

Once we open for bookings, you approve the quote in writing and we agree a start date then. Nothing to pay yet.

Build
Design, then front-end build, then your revision rounds.
STEP 06
Launch
Invoice paid, site deployed, walkthrough video, files handed over.
THE FINE PRINT, UNSHRUNK
How we
work.
None of this is hidden in a PDF. It is on the page so you can decide before you enquire.
FULL TERMS OF SERVICE-
PAYMENT
No deposit. Nothing upfront. The full amount is invoiced on completion, payable before launch and handover.

REVISIONS
A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback, not messages sent over several weeks.

TIMELINES
Timelines start when all your content is received, not when the start date is confirmed.

CONTENT DEADLINE
If content is not supplied within four weeks of your confirmed start date, the project pauses and returns to the queue. Restarting incurs a $150 rebooking fee.

SETTLE-IN WINDOW
For 30 days after launch, anything broken or not matching what was agreed gets fixed free. Changes of mind are not fixes.

LATER CHANGES
After the settle-in window, changes are billed hourly with a 30-minute minimum. The rate is confirmed in your quote.

We are in soft launch and not taking on projects yet. Registering interest puts you on the list, with no obligation on either side.

If something here is not clear, that is a UX problem and we would like to know about it.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. Once the pages, features and content are agreed, you get a fixed written quote. If you later want something outside that scope, the cost is discussed and agreed before any work happens. No invoice will ever surprise you.
What if I do not have content ready?
Most people do not. You get a written brief listing exactly what to send, section by section, with rough word counts. You write it in your own words and we edit it for length and clarity. Writing it from scratch for you is not included.
Why is there no monthly fee?
Because there is nothing to maintain. No content management system, no plugins, no database. Static sites do not rot the way a plugin-driven site does, so there is no maintenance plan to sell you.
Can I update the site myself later?
There is no admin login, so text edits mean editing the files. You own them, so you or any developer can. If you expect to change content often, say so during the conversation and we will talk about whether these packages suit you.
Do you build databases or logins?
No. The interface can be designed and built, including screens, flows, forms and dashboard layouts. Authentication, permissions, databases, payments and anything server-side needs a backend developer.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use Claude Design to explore visual directions and ChatGPT Codex to help build and refine the working front end. You do not need to write prompts or understand the tools—tell us what you like, dislike or want changed, and we handle the revisions within the agreed project scope. Every page is reviewed and tested before handover.
